Homework In Archdaily

Homework in archdaily

Located in the Plaza del Monumento a la Revolución, Homework is a co-working space integrated through work environments, meeting areas, mini-offices, cafeterias, terraces and resting places. Distributed in 3 levels, we have designed friendly, comfortable, flexible and professional environments equipped with first-rate technology that facilitate a casual and dynamic coexistence for the community of creators that inhabit it. The Homework spaces were designed based on the needs and personalities of each client, that is, the spatial diversity responds to the inhabitants, choosing an open design that encourages collaborative environments based on the concept of co-working where some spaces emphasize more the privacy such as the individual offices, the projection room, workshops and conference rooms as well as other more communal spaces such as the open work areas, auditorium and cafeteria. Metal and concrete in combination with natural materials such as wood create a comfortable environment with great aesthetic value. Through the furniture, versatile work spaces are created with a practical design approach that allows variants of use and modular configurations.
