Casa Teo
casa teo
Casa TEO is a space created by Enrique Olvera to encourage creativity and the exchange of ideas through reflection and dialogue. Inspired by artistic residences, Casa TEO offers its guests a unique place to stay and develop creative projects.
Focused on details and functionality, the design of the space revolves around the dining room - an open kitchen and its communal table. It has a library - a reserved space that brings together a series of books related to gastronomy and serves as a work place for the team close to Enrique Olvera - and with two cozy rooms, to welcome residents and travelers alike.
The identity reflects the ethereal nature of the project, based on a visual and typographic lightness, expressed also through physical materials - Japanese papers and raw leathers - that share and communicate the creative values that Olvera promotes within the space and its activations.
The passport holder and its guide were conceived as a useful tool of the space to give its foreign users - and even to locals - a detailed and in-depth view of Mexico City, thus giving them the opportunity to explore the city with a new perspective.
